I brought a pair of earrings that had a defect. Manager did not want yo exchange item as she kept saying they were fine. Earrings would not stay closed, they would open with very little effort. I wanted new ones as they were still under warranty (Dec purchase). After lots of back and forth We finally exchange item and manager placed defective earrings back in the shelf to sell to another customer (is this Pandora policy? To resell defective jewelry?). Associate had a terrible attitude and horrible customer service. Now if I go back yo Pandora I will wonder if you are selling me a defective item that was previously returned. I May not come back to the store again…

My slsprsn was professional and patient, however the assistant Manager was very rude, unprofessional and condescending. I selected a better fit bracelet for me, did not need safety charms. She replied "she returning all 3 charms" in a loud voice.

There were a waiting time more than 30 minutes,and Custumer service attention not good and there wasn’t enough supply,I didn’t find what I want.very bad experience.

The sales associate with the iPad was extremely extremely extremely extremely rude. The sales associates working the counters did not speak up and say that someone would be with them with me and my daughter shortly. I am talking to text this message. AnyWho, they did not speak up and say that they would be out with us shortly or anything. They didn’t even acknowledge our presents.

there were two sale person in the store as I walked in. no other customer except me, they were passing me to each other and made me felt so unwelcomed to the store. the person who did the purchase for me was asking the other sale person to help me because she wanted to go home!! after going back and forth a few times the sale person said " ok fine I'll take care of you". she was talking to me with a rude tone and made me feel like she is doing me a huge fever by only ringing up the product ( since I knew exactly what I wanted). I was very unsatisfied with my experience and I would never go back to that store again. the only reason I did that purchase was because I came to mall only to buy that bracelet and that was the only day I could come to the mall. BTW I mentioned to her that It's a gift and she just shoved it in the bag, so I had to open it again and reorganize it.

I purchased a bracelet few months ago that resulted to be damaged (it bended) and was replaced but couple of months later it showed another problem clearly due to the poor quality of the product but the associate at the store said it couldn’t be replaced by policy

Placed an online order for curbside pickup. No curbside after the fact even tho it said avail. Wrong merchandise put together and then was completely inconvenienced during the fixing process. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Sales associates were extremely unprofessional and rude. Ignoring customers, yelling back and forth across the store, trying to rush customers out, and serious lack of product knowledge. Love pandora, was traveling and excited to shop a larger location than my local store. Associates were terrible. Definitely did not purchase all I planned to.

sales Associate was unfriendly and not helpful. The whole experience made us feel like we were bothering her. We were buying for my sister and niece and asked for suggestions, she pulled a tray, put it in front of us and made no eye contact. When we asked if we could see another tray she slammed it on the counter and looked annoyed. It got tp the point that I had to say to her "I'm sorry, maybe we can get someone else to help us because it seems like we are bothering you". My mom is 83 and we had waited in line for our turn hoping someone would help us and enjoy our experience at Pandora. We 3were looking forward to being in the store and left so disappointed. We still made the purchases but I felt really sad that as we were leaving, my mom said "that was not pleasant, not enjoyable" :(

I was always treated with indifference at the Pandora store I used to go to, I changed places and received the same terrible service, I would love to buy more things, the attendant practically kicked me out of the store, showing a lack of interest in selling
