I was not greeted when I walked in store. I stood for 10 or more minutes before another person came from the back to help.

The sales associate was rude and condescending and did not offer to assist me in taking the charms off my bracelet. She moreso stated that I was going to have to take them off myself if I wanted to get my issue resolved. The second sales associate who came to help also completely ignored me and asked the other sales associate what the issue was, and they both almost engraved the wrong text on my charm.

I’m a pandora customer for like 12 year and this was my first time that they give me a trouble to resolve my problem. Not good at all…

Pandora is not honoring what they promise

Took staff over 3 whole minutes to notice I’m at the store without greeting. Unfriendly staff, standing next to the case I’m interested to purchase from like a ghosts a lot of racial profiling.

My ring is too big. I’ve went to resize with a receipt she said it was 30 days past date. The ring as gift was too big

You have a lot of your stuff for sale in Amazon a lot cheaper and you won’t match prices is very disappointing and no there’s no second or third party vendor

I had a order that I was picking up and paying at the store it took 1 hour and 30 minutes for the process to be completed because the store manager decided to go to the back for about 40 minutes and 50 minutes more to do engraving

the store manager at 7101 Democracy Blvd #2062, Bethesda, MD 20817 is very rude and not helpful.
