Had a charm engraved and the result was different from what was depicted and I was told that that was how it will look and got something different. Very disastrous experience

I was in line for over an hour and a half since the customers in the store were not being timed, one customer was in the store when I go in line and I still left first. Other people skip to the front with the excuse they are picking up an online order only to continue shopping which isn’t fair to the ones that have been waiting in a ridiculous line.

I waited 30 minutes for the sales associate to locate the item number of the charm I selected so they could ring me up. Longest I have ever waited for a sales associate to ring me up.

I was never acknowledged upon my arrival, never given a time expectation or invitation to wait for the next associate, and my associate couldn't find the item I was looking for. She found it later, and called me. I have to return to the store to get it.

I bought a ring on Balck friday and bought it a size too small so I went back the next day to exhchange it for a larger size and it turns out the sales associate from the night before had charged me for a cheaper ring instead if the one I had bought. I was told to pay the remaining amount on the spot when I went to exhange the ring. This seems extremely unreasonable to me as I bought this ring on Black friday BECAUSE of the low price presented to me by the sales associate. Very dissapointed. I am a very loyal Pandora costumer and this has never happened before.

I came in to this pandora as I usually do to purchase a charm for my sister. When I first stepped into the store I was greeted by one of the associates who was working. There were two ladies working on the floor, who at one point were both busy with a customer which is easy to understand. I was in the store for about 10 min with out being acknowledged. I stepped out and came back, to be treated the same way. Finally the manager came who came to help out on the floor, completely looked past me and approached the other people waiting. The ladies were kind enough to point out that I had been waiting and so she came up to ring me out. Definitely an unpleasant experience. With retail experience I have learned to be patient while waiting at a store but this was definitely unacceptable. I hope I can experience greater service at another pandora location because I will most likely not be visiting this one again.

Wow!Promotion of buy $100get free bangle for free. Me and my friend hurry to go and don't want to miss this Promotion but We had got a bad experience from the Sale associate Nam Marjorie , no smiling or welcome or help us . She busy to organize stuff on the counter . I say hi to her . yes I say hi to her and asked her like to see the charm that I interesting and ask her the price. she answer me and then keep working on her stuff ignored us . We feel like we came to the store to disturbing her ! I still keep looking and pick and I asked her to recommend me which one but still no smiling no recommend instead grab the book to let me to see! We try to pick and want to get out the store . Her service made us to fell we r not a person ! I paid and she end her service to hand me the charm$35 and the safety chain $80in the SMALL PLACTIC BAG ! TEHN TELL ME NO BOXES! DID NOT OFFER ME A BAG AT ALL .

I placed a item on hold get there the next morning and its not available. Drove 40 minutes to the location. Then was sold the display bracelet.
