Since a stone fell out of my ring, I was elated that it was less than 1 year and I had the receipt; also glad the saleslady took the time to find my same ring in my size. What I think is HORRIBLE is that Patricia had to explain to me that if a stone comes out of this ring, it cannot be returned; no 12-month warranty on the replacement ring. Once proven a stone will/did come out, customers are, nonetheless, now on our own with our much-loved, not inexpensive pieces. Other than that, I was Highly Satisfied to leave with the replacement ring and Patricia was excellent. It's not her fault that she had to deliver the news of Pandora's stunning warranty policy. The second ring is a new ring (due solely to the fault of the first ring) and subject to stone loss also.
