Sales associate was quick to acknowledge us, extremely helpful in assisting to exchange a bracelet and patience as we selected other merchandise to purchase.

Even though there was a wait to be helped, I was greeted by a very nice associate. She offered to let me come back or browse the store. When it was my turn, the associate was very helpful and helped me exchange the bracelet that was too small. She even helped me pick out the replacement and a safety chain.

The sales associate was so friendly and personable. She made me feel comfortable. She knew all about the products I was interested in. Told me about the deals and made me feel welcome almost immediately when I walked in the door. I plan to go back and buy a ring and necklace from her.
