My salesperson Rhea B. was very friendly, courteous and very helpful. She showed me multiple options of bracelets to choose from. I had lots of questions and she was so patient. If she was unsure of the answer, she asked her manager who extremely knowledgeable and was super helpful with ideas. One of the charms I purchased was engraved in the store. My daughter's sorority symbol, Delta Sigma Theta, was not available. I was delighted with the finished product, and so was my daughter. It is one of her favorite charms. Many thanks to Rhea and her manager for making my daughter's birthday gift a hit! I promise to come back for more charms.
