I don’t have a lot of patience for waiting but when I walked in I was greeted by a sales associate and she helped me with my shopping even though there was no one available behind the counter. I was in and out in a timely fashion.

I had to do a return as the bracelet was a present and was the wrong size. Demi the manager was so welcoming and kind and gave great service. She measured my daughter arm correctly and gave great advice. Really enjoyed working with her she was absolutely amazing

I took my jewelry in for cleaning and the associate was amazing and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately , I was only sad that I was not able to replaced one of my favorite ring that I wear very often under warranty.
