The store did not have the charms I looking for, particularly which was a bit disappointing. I found only two out of the five charms I was looking for in store. I guess I need to purchase it online

I was able to get what I wanted. Though stock seemed on the short side I am happy with my purchase. Everyone was extremely helpful and thoughtful.

This location was very clean and knowledgeable about the products in the store. Despite the store being busy, I was in and out within 10 minutes. Highly satisfied with the quality of customer service here.

I came in the store because of a broken bracelet and it was replaced and the customer service was good
