I had a really good experience at the Pandora Store. I went with my two teenagers and the saleswoman has a lot of patience with them and helped them to find the perfect thing for both.

Demi provided excellent customer service once we made it into the store. Due to COVID, the number of customers were restricted in the store however when we finally made it Demi was able to exchange my daughter's ring (purchased online) for a smaller size in addition purchased a pair of earrings similar to the ones I'd purchased my daughter from Pandora.

Fast service and friendly associate. Also the store was well organized and professional. Even though there was a line it moved fast
