I visited the store twice during the Black Friday sale (30% off). Both experiences were amazing. The store has almost everything I had pre-selected online. I got a bracelet, 5 charms and 2 clips. The associate was patient and knowledgeable. The first bracelet was a bit small but the associate was great about switching the charms for me which I appreciated. My second visit went just as well. I got 2 bracelets! I only recommend getting to this location early. During the holiday season it gets very busy and last year I waited in line for over an hour! Glad I thought ahead this year.

I can’t remember the woman’s name but she was very helpful and was giving me option on different colors of rings I could gift to my mother. It was very helpful :)

I love this pandora. Every time I go I buy a lot of stuff and the staff is always so friendly and patient. Even though I had a little bit of a wait given it was Black Friday I knew I wouldn’t be disappointed.

Quick and knowledgeable service. Went above and beyond to help. Even offered to clean my bracelet.

The number one reason I was pleased was because of Julia. I wasn't sure which bracelet I needed for a gift (I knew what it was but didn't know what it was called) but she pointed it out immediately, got me the charm I asked for quickly, and got me out of the store super fast, accurately, and was so friendly and nice. Loved dealing with her!!
