The sales associate was very knowledgeable of the different products. This was my first time at Pandora and she did she was very patient with me and my family while we were figuring out the best bracelet chain to get, what size it should be, etc.

I am a super big Wonder Woman fan please create a Wonder Woman charm that would be amazing with an option of silver and gold

I have been to Pandora in Bethesda and Tysons Corner. With every visit, the customer service has been excellent. The associates are very knowledgeable and friendly and make the purchasing process an exceedingly pleasant one. I have since recommended Pandora to several friends, coworkers, and family members. One thing I do wish is for some sort of loyalty program or perks for repeat customers. Keep up the great work Pandora! :)

When I walked in the store, I was greeted by staff and asked if I was in need of assistance. As a staff member approached me to assist, she was very welcoming and helpful as well as patient in providing her service in making sure I was satisfied. Jackie showed me different charms to choose from even though Pandora does not sell the one I was looking for anymore. I was able to find another charm that I was pleased to buy.
