I'm just getting stared with my bracelets I have 3 and have purchased $11,00 hundred dollars in charms and I am loving every one of them. Coming in to shop has always been so welcoming. The costumer service has been off the chain. That's simply EXCELLENT!!

I was greeted when I came into the store. You could clearly see the safety precautions. The sales associate kept checking in with me before I was helped.

Although due to COVID there was a long line waiting outside the store, the line moved quickly, I waited about 30 minutes to be served. The salesperson wiped the counter after each customer. She was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for the gift I was purchasing. She wrapped it very nicely and I was off with my purchase.
