Thee were just a handful of people in the store. I was able to sanitize my hands quickly and the dispenser was in an obvious place. The sales associate came to me immediately and showed me what I was looking for. I purchased the item and the sale was completed.

I purchased the wrong size bracelet. I was able to exchange for the correct size without any problems. Will be back again in the near future. Thank you.

We had a great time shopping at the Montgomery Mall Pandora store, Paulette assisted us immediately as soon as we came in, when asked about a necklace that will pair with well my ring, she showed us 2 of the necklaces she recommended, we also asked if one of the displayed necklace was available in silver rather than the pink on display. I ended up buying 2 necklaces and 1 jewelry box. Thanks Paulette for making our shopping experience delightful!
