There was no wait time to helped by an associate. Keya was very pleasant and helpful in assisting me with my purchases (2 bracelets and several charms ). She was very patient with me as I was a first time Pandora customer. I received some charms as gifts and needed help with finding bracelets. Her customer service was excellent! The selection and availability of items was great! All Covid safety measures were followed.
