Whenever I go into a store the associates are usually friendly. My associate was sweet, but I think she was new. She seemed unsure of herself (just a tad). Me and every woman I know has something Pandora. I am glad that it tends to be a good experience whenever I visit a store.

From customer service , the young Lady Karen helped me so much even tho I was unsure of what I wanted but she made it easy for me to choose what bracelet is nice on me and the area was so clean & they keep track of how many people are in the store .

Alex was the associate helping me out and from the moment I walked in she greeted me, asked me if I needed help looking for anything. Told her I wanted to look at some rings and she brought out a wide selection for me. She got me my right size and immediately I fell in love with the products. She was great!
