Sales Rep. Demi was very knowledgeable on the merchandise and helpful w/suggestions for me to finish my first bracelet and will return w/my second Bracelet and will purchase a necklace.

Demi greeted us very politely and she was attentive the entire time! Although I got frustrated at times because I couldn't figure out how to clasp the bracelet, she remained cool and helped me immediately. As I calmed down, she answered both my mom's and my questions. At one point my mom had to leave the store, and Demi and I found ourselves giggling a bit while she rang me up. Overall, the entire process felt easy and welcoming, so thanks to Demi I shall definitely return again!

I think I had a great experience because of the help from the associated Sadie; she found the item I needed to exchange and showed me other options to add to my bracelet.

Came in today for a Valentine’s Day gift for my daughters and Bidemi was very helpful from the beginning and eventho it was the day before Valentine’s Day everything went smoothly and she was very knowledgeable of the merchandise.
