I was greeted at the door. While I waited for customers to leave so that I could go in an associate was able to locate what I was looking for and I was able to check out quickly. The associate also offered me a pamphlet where I found other items I was interested in.

The service was great. The salesperson kept me informed on how to look at items while I was waiting.

Associate was very efficient and store was health wise safe.

The service was friendly & the told us about the Valentine’s Day specials that were available. The overall experience took some time but it’s due to the pandemic.

Everything was perfect workers nice and responsible, respectful, hardworking and etc I love it there they made me feel like we were friends

First time to purchased Pandora bracelets a pre-Valentine's gift from my husband. We went to the store without any clue in mind Demi the sales associate helped us a lot in picking and very welcoming. It was a fun experienced that my 6yo daughter had fun as well and want to come back.

Your customer service rep/sales (Demi) is very friendly & accommodating. She will get out of her way to give her full service for your satisfaction. When asked about her suggestion on what product is best, she will gladly comply.

I just wanted to say that I loved the person who was working with me. She had lots of patience with me and didn’t mind showing me different options of the things that I wanted to buy. Her name is Bidemi or (Demi) as she wrote on my receipt :). I believe she is very good at what she does and she makes the shopping experience so much better. I loved working with her !!!!!! I will definitely be coming back and I hope that I get to work with her again!

My experience was stellar due to the sales lady that was helpful, patient, kind, and knowledgeable with the merchandise.
