I think my salespersons name was Jackie. She was very helpful. It was the first time my son bought a gift for his girlfriend and she was very patient with him, as he picked out her necklace, and made good suggestions too.

I was satisfied with my pandora experience, the sale associates were very nice and friendly. The store was very clean.

Daniela was very knowledgeable about the different products and helped me pick out a bracelet that fit my style. She took her time and showed me different options for bracelets. She even showed me multiple options for charms.

I was very satisfied, I got the assistance that I needed immediately and my experience with the employee was very professional and very knowledgeable with the items that I’ve picked. Also, they had patients because I wanted to get a few things and I couldn’t make a decision but they were great and they helped me out.

I wanted to commend Esmeralda and the assistant store manager on duty at the time (I forgot to get her name). They provided exceptional service to me that day and provided a wow moment when I tried to make sure I got the Disney 100 box sleeve with my purchase. I left really feeling special about my purchase...especially since they did not know that I walked in debating whether I wanted to spend that much money that day. Left with no buyer's remorse and the service was consistent with that manager when I returned a few days later to browse some add-ons for my bracelet. I thought my requests may not be well-received but they accomodated me without hesitation and with joy. I am looking forward to coming back to this particular location to continue collecting the remaining pieces to the set. I do have the convenient choice to shop online or other locations so intentionally choosing to COME into that store means something.
