Pandora store was very clean and following the current Covid guidelines. This shows the store cares for my safety and staffs as well. Staff member was very friendly and patient.

Even though i did had to wait outside store a bit due to the Covid restriction. Once i was able to go in the Pandora Staff was quick to assist me.

Awesome customer service, each time I visit! The store is cleaned! The sales agent are very helpful!

The young lady who attended me was very polite and knowledgeable about what I was looking for. I especially liked how she packaged the gift.

The sales associate was very friendly. She also spoke Spanish, making it easier for me to tell her what I was looking for.

Was highly satisfied with my visit because of the sales representative we had. Karen was very knowledgeable about the product I was purchasing. She made great recommendations and suggestions informed us about our bracelet and the charms we needed. Overall great experience!

Your website has the wrong items & even though the item I purchased was in store, apparently I wasn’t able to purchase is online, doesn’t make any sense. Good thing Jackie was very professional and patient with me. She helped me pick out the perfect gift for my girlfriend. I appreciate her, I think she deserves a raise.
