On 10/17/2020 I was highly satisfied with my experience at this Pandora. I went with my sister and we were immediately greeted by a sweet and highly knowledgeable associate. She was able to get us exactly what we wanted and we left happy and highly satisfied. I will say this was a complete 180 degree experience when we visited 10/10/2020. My sister and I visited and waited about 20 min for a sales associate to acknowledge us. When some sales associates wrapped up with with their clients they ended up taking clients that came in after us instead. So eventually we left.

The associate was available and ready to assist. She was thorough and knowledgeable of the merchandise and her attitude was very friendly.
