Originally, I had an issue with two of the Pandora Charm Clips that i had purchased in the past. After being contacted by store manager Annelies Lucarelli through email and setting up an appointment to come into the store, i am EXTREMELY pleased how everything has worked out. She realized the problem that I experienced, and decided on a perfect solution for the situation. I couldn't have been more satisfied! She literally did everything in her power to help improve my experience. She replaced the charms that i had issues with, and intorduced me to other charms/necklaces that i was unaware of. That motivated me to purchase more a necklace and a charm as well. Overall, the experience that i had with Manager Annelies Lucarelli was amazing! Customer service A+++! She will keep me coming back. The store manager helped me, she was super sweet and nice commended some earrings to match with my rings. She was fast and efficient!!! This is usually my Pandora store and I love it they always do amazing!

I was highly satisfied with this associate! I came in the store & I had wanted to exchange something & , she explained to me that if I only had one earring & it was lost, company policy she couldn’t replace it. But, she offered numerous of new suggestions of what’s right now! I really enjoyed her energy & patience because I was very indecisive & she helped me out a lot! I left with way more I came in with!
