I visited Pandora in Montgomery Mall, Bethesda, Maryland. I wanted to get 4 charm bracelets with at least one charm for each. Specifically I am looking for 3 KISS PAVÉ CHARM, and a Shining Rat Charm. But the store carries none of these charms. The sale manager was very pleasant; she helped to find something else. I am disappointed that the store did not have these new items in the store.

The store was well stocked. The sales assistant was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and helped me find what I wanted/made suggestions that met my expectations

The sales representative who assisted me, Kia, was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. She was very kind and willing to demonstrate how charms would appear using her own bracelet. She provide EXCELLENT customer service.

I had been looking for a specific ring for my mother's Christmas gift (she lives in Paris). The Pandora store near her house had been telling us for months to wait until the stock would come back in (they never suggested an online order was possible). I called my Pandora store in Bethesda MD. The Associate I talked to was lovely and tried to locate the ring (which was available in my mother's size but not in rose gold). After calling my mother, we decided on the yellow gold and when I called back the store, the same associate kindly set the ring aside for me. When I came in, a new associate took care of me. She took the time to show me earrings and pendant which --while not the exact match- would make a nice set. She was very patient and kind and I left having purchased both the ring and a lovely pendant. Everyone else in the store seems to be doing a very nice, attentive job as well. Only reason I gave a "satisfied" and not highly satisfied rating was because many items were out of stock. Service was impeccable and items are lovely as always.
