The staff are very helpful and provided suggestions about pairing certain charms in order to create a piece that became the perfect gift. I've been highly satisfied with the wide selection of products in terms of creativity and unique appearance.

The associate was very accommodating, patient, kind and extremely helpful. I was getting something for my granddaughter 13th birthday, and I had no idea what to get. She was awesome.

The sales associates were wonderful. They were highly courteous. Their knowledge of the placement of merchandise made finding what I wanted easy. They also provided other options similar to the items I was seeking.

She cleaned my Pandora bracelets for me (in this new and improved instant cleaning machine!) and also shared with me how to store them at home so that they won’t turn so quickly. She also was very friendly and helped me pick out some new jewelry. I wasn’t planning on buying anything, but she worked with me and wasn’t pushy. I am happy with my purchase.
