I was exchanging an item I purchased online. I misplaced the packing slip but knew pandora keeps track of orders through email. The sales associate was kind and pleasant even though they were very busy. Also the manager came by when we couldn't locate a charm on display. She found it right away.

I came to the store to get a copy of my receipt for purchase the previous day and the young lady was very and got me a copy of my receipt I was very happy and she also helped me buy new charms for gifts for my family. I would like if Pandora can thank her for the excellent job she did thank you.

The ambience of the store was welcoming and helpful. The amount of customers in the store was a lot so I was helped with having my name go on a list. Not long after I was being helped.

I came into the store simply to purchase a gift card. The staff acknowledged my presence, and while they were very busy, let me know that someone would be with me shortly. In a very short period of time, a sales associate came to me from the back and took care of my purchase in a matter of minutes. It was all very professional and I look forward to bringing my wife back to the store for her to pick out what she wants from the wide selection of charms that were brightly displayed and easily visible.

I was highly satisfied with my visit to pandora because the moment I walked in I was greeted and ask if I needed help by the sales associate, once done so she immediately helped me find what i was looking for.

The assistance I had was incredible. Loved the bracelet I bought. And the store is really clean.
