I had the BEST experience picking out a gift for my sister. I knew the kind of bracelet I wanted to get, and Gloria assisted me with figuring out sizing. Gloria was also very knowledge about the charms that were available. We talked a little about my sister's personality and interests and she showed me everything that might be applicable, knew exactly where to get it. Once I said I didn't want charms that dangled, she adjusted her suggestions. Gloria was personable, kind, patient, and I really had a wonderful experience in this store. She even wrapped the gift perfectly and beautifully. I just want to add that when I gave my sister her gift, she was so pleased with the presentation, the charms suited her very well. I'll be back to this store and will be recommending this store to others.
