Associate helpful and expedient

During my visit today I was greeted by Kiyah. Kiyah was very welcoming and friendly. Immediately I could tell she was the assistant store manager/ manager. She had a great demeanor and was ready to help. The additional staff was friendly as well. Everyone made eye contact with anyone who walked in the store which was nice. It showed that everyone was willing to pitch in teamwork. Great job! Kiyah was pleasant. I told her my situation with my bracelet and she was willing to work with me. Not once did she say no, that’s not our policy. She made sure to tell me that receipts are nice to have but maybe we can reach out to the district manager for approval. She did just that. I was happy and honest. By doing this, it made me feel more valuable and showed me that pandora wanted me to be happy with my item.The store did not have my bracelet size in store, at least the particular bracelet, but Kiyah was ready to go above and beyond. I was willing to accept another bracelet comparable to the one I walked in with but she reminded me that it would be no hassle for her to contact another location and get one shipped to the store.

The sales associate was super super nice to me and my friend and helped us out look for nice charms to purchase, sadly there were no Winnie Pooh charm in stock:( but I did get the gorgeous Snow White one that went out of stock online and I’m so happy she found one for me!

The store was very easy to move around in. They had a great selection. Nice staff.
