Unfortunately, I ordered a charm through the Pandora website and although the order went through successfully, I got an email a few days later saying that it couldn’t be processed because the item was out of stock. This was very disappointing. I called a nearby store (35 minutes away) and the sales associate was very helpful in helping me locate the charm. I went to the store to pick it up and the associate had held it for me, just in case I decided to come in whichever I really appreciated. She was friendly and helpful and the transaction was quick. Great customer service after a disappointing online experience.

The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable. A different salesperson recognized me from a previous visit which was really nice. The store was renovated and is much brighter and more inviting. It really showcases the jewelry more. I liked the video monitors displaying the Disney items.
