All of the sales associates at this location is extremely nice, caring, and helpful. Everyone goes above and beyond to ensure each customer has an exceptional experience. Majorie C. and Kiya are the two I have encountered in my past couple of visits. Both took their time to make sure my needs were met and I am always able to a good conversation with them. They also very helpful at helping pick my charms. Keep up the good work. No other location holds a candle to the Montogmery Mall crew.

There was plenty of help did not have to wait big deal to me. The new layout of the store nicer and easier to get around and look. All of the associates were very friendly and new the answer to all my questions.

On a previous shopping experience I found your store and the merchandise nicely displayed. Later, I visited your website and identified my selection prior to my arrival at the store. The sales staff greeted me upon my arrival and were immediately able to locate the desired ring and helped me with sizing, purchase and packaging. The entire experience took less than 1/2 hour.
