The assistant manager was very friendly and experienced. She took her time showing me all the pieces until I bought what I believed were some great pieces.

The associate in this particular store was so amazing that it changed my whole view about Pandora after having a bad experience at the store in Novi, MI (#30170). Felt so unwelcomed there when we went for an exchange with my boyfriend,still ending with a much larger size bracelet because of the rush and very unpleasant associate. Please, consider i didn't wear jewelry for almost 10 years and never wear a bracelet before. Even the associate here noticed and told me it was too big and she went ahead and help me with the exchange. Now I am a happy customer and will go back to this particular Pandora store. Love my bracelet and earrings, simple yet sophisticated. Big Thank you to associate 141703!!

My experience was amazing!! I’ve been wanting a specific ring for a long time which hasn’t been available and the team at my Pandora worked so hard to help me find it and was super helpful!!
