Alex was the associate assisting me. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was helpful the moment I walked in. I told her I was looking for a gift for my best friend, and she genuinely gave her input about what I should purchase. She also raved about some of the items she enjoyed (and some she was also wearing). Overall, a pleasant and efficient experience.

I found what I want in no time and the lady was very helpful.

This was a spur of the moment stop for me, so went in not totally prepared to make a purchase. Couldn't make up my mind and went back-and-forth a number of times making my selection and the saleswoman (Alyssa #153103)could not have been more patient and helpful. Quite frankly, I would have lost patience with me, but she continued to provide stellar assistance. I hope you recognize the importance of having such an exceptional woman representing your company, and would hope she is appropriately notified.
