I have always had a pleasant experience while shopping in Pandora. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The quality of the product is great. The overall shopping experience is nice.

The Assistant Manager went beyond what I would except, her name is Allison E. at your Montgomery Mall Store, in Bethesda, Maryland, keep this employee she was unbelievable.

Came into Pandora right before closing and Patty gave amazing customer service. Despite the time, she was very patient at finding the right ring size for me and even took the time out to look through inventory to provide me with different styles. Needless to say, I came in for one ring and came out with two. Very satisfied with my purchase. Plan on taking my mother for mothers day.
