Upon entering the Pandora store, I encountered Kiya, the sales associate. She was very polite and pleasant with a bubbly personality. I immediately connected with her like a good friend I haven't seen in awhile. Kiya was helpful during the process of me selecting a ring that I sought out in a posted booklet. Never did I feel any pressure at all to buy more jewelry, which was a good thing. It was totally up to me if I had chosen to do so. Very good experience and I would be returning to buy another ring for Mother's Day and I would be looking for Kiya.

The associate was highly knowledgeable. I wanted to take part in the sale $150 and get $50 off and I already had about $100 worth of merchandise and I didn’t want to go much over $150. The lady knew what merchandise to show me for what I was asking and was extremely friendly.
