Pandora Jewelry

I already had I great idea of what I wanted to get as a birthday gift for my grandmother. She got a advertisement in mail and I sat down with her and looked threw the book with her. She never had Pandora befor so my decision was easy. The store was easy to find everybody was friendly and the sales associate was every helpful and answered all my question and she asked me just enough questions to help me make a decision. I will be returning to purchase more charms for her new bracelet.

The sales associate, Tiffany, was very helpful and had a lot of patience with me as I like to build each bracelet while I am there and it takes a lot of time to do this. She was more than will to work with me and try things on and show me things as I was also browsing through the catalog to look for charms. I would say that the sales person is who makes or breaks the sale for you. If they are not willing, knowledgable, suggestive and patient then they will not get my business and I I spent over $500. That day. Thank you Tiffany!

Excellent experience and nice store.

During a busy holiday season on a Friday night - the staff at the store was friendly and helpful. Jacqueline was lovely and nice to my dad who is never quite sure what to get for my mom. It was a very good experience!
