I was able to find the products I needed. The sales associate waited on me right away. She was friendly. All my questions were answered.

1. the high price lol 2. over 1k for a gold necklace you have to repeatedly take off to do daily activities. 3. how long it took to buy

I was very satisfied with my recent experience. The sales associate was very knowledgeable. I got assistance right away and greeted right away. I’m happy with my purchases so far. Unfortunately lately i have been experiencing a lot of my new charms breaking and depending if it’s a discounted charm the store doesn’t off any assistances. This is a strong reason why i will try to stay away from pandora.

One of the charms I wanted to purchase was out of stock. Not a big deal, but the only treason I wasn’t completely satisfied.

I really liked going to pandora. The people are really nice and how clean the store was was amazing. Only issue I had is confusion with the prices other than that everything was great 👍

The employees made it fun and were very helpful. Especially Esmeralda They suggestions. Enjoyed their feedback.

The store was very understaffed. I felt bad that others were waiting for us to complete our purchase in order for our associate to assist another because she was the only Spanish speaker.

Nadie hablaba español u sentí que no le tomo importancia a mi compra pues llego otra cliente al parecer conocida de ella y a partir de ahí fue muy rápida para terminar conmigo.

The made us wait they were ink 3 associates working It was a dreadfully experience because the line was long & had limited time buy, it’s was at 12 pm on a Thursday. It didn’t make sense that I had to wait 45 to enter the store!
