When I first got there no one really paid attention to me they were still taking their sweet time helping another customer. But after 5 mins of standing their someone back to help me.

I appreciate Keya's patience when I was looking for specific charms, and trying on the length of the bracelet to finding the right fit. She also recommended a few heart charms when I asked if there were any in stock that wasn't on display. I had a good experience with her going above and beyond in finding one of the clip charms that I wanted to try. The wait in getting assistance took awhile, but used this time to explore the store and displayed items. I would recommend this location, and my partner and I are here for a short vacation for family. I'm leaving with a beautiful bracelet.

Wait time was extremely long with three reps just chit chatting with one another. Asked for assistance three times and was ignored until finally a lady came over with the worst attitude. Never had a bad experience at any pandora so it was a very surprising experience.

I wanna exchange the bracelet, I'm not satisfied with the bracelet

My bracelet seemed to have a flaw with the lock. I lost a charm that was special to me due to the vulnerability of the lock. I’m not happy about what has happened.

There were not enough sales people to help. It was confusing because there was no system in place to k ow who’s turn it was and it made me anxious. Considered leaving for a minute.

The store it self, was fine. I did try to call the customer service number, waited for 1 hr & no one picked & had two phones Simultaneously Still can’t speak to anyone. Chat service was unavailable
