I received several advertisements that they have many sales on gifts for Mother’s Day. I came there instead of ordering online because it was easy to pick a charm to add for her existing necklace until I purchased it. Unfortunately the customer service said there was no discount price on sale after I asked.

The store was bright and clean. The displays were nice and easily viewed. The associates were helpful.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the website and not the store. The website indicated that an item was NOT available within 50 miles of me yet, I made a return to the Montgomery Mall, Bethesda, MD location and the item I wanted was available. I informed the manager of this issue; I’m not sure if it will be reported or not. Yet, I would not recommend website purchases due to this issue,

Time was a factor. The amount of customers,in the store while employees help assist. There were more customers then employees.

The sale associated didn’t tell me about the return policy before the purchase! She told me after my purchase was completed! That’s why I was highly satisfied!

I was highly satisfied with the store manager. She was out in the mall, taking names and keeping things moving. She was supervising staff members to make sure they were servicing customers and keeping things moving. She was great!! Loved her management style! Associate, was satisfactory. Wasn't rude, but didn't seem happy or overly helpful with suggestions. Just kept asking, if I looked at the catalog. But, they were really busy.
