The size I was looking for was not available so I comprised on purchasing something larger than I was comfortable purchasing as I had no toe her choice. Wish sales associate could have offered to order and ship me a new one in the correct size.

The quality of the items is much lower than years ago, when Pandora started

I would’ve like to get a discount since I’ve been buying for the second time on that store. But other than that I think the service was pretty good

Display case could be better

There’s some new guy there, he is low key rude and does not know customer service.

I was looking for some specific beads, but they were out of stock.

Charm was not cleaned comletely

The attitudes of the employees was obnoxious. One girl dropped a charm and while is was looking for a it the other associate told her “it’s over there “. When the first associate went to bend down to get the other associate made a mean face at her fellow associate. The girl that made a face saw me look at her and she did not care that I caught her making the face. I also went i for the sale and the items were in multiple cases throughout the store instead of next to one another.

The store is little small. Need more besti charms. More options for hubby and wifey. There's nothing else because my Besti and I love being there.
