Sales Associate didn't seem very interested in helping me. She kept looking all around and didn't ask any questions to see what I was looking for. I've received better service before. Had this not been gift purchase and more convenient alternate Pandora location I would've left.

I made a large purchase the day before and had a great sales associate. One of the charms had a defective clasp and needed to be exchanged. Several other pieces in the store had a similar weak clasp and it was difficult to find a piece in good condition. I was told this is common. This is unacceptable...if the charm was lost when it fell off I would have been out a charm at no fault of my own.
