Earring selection still seemed to be limited. The selection was even more limited at my last visit 28 days ago. The sales associate offered to ship the earrings to me but told me that I she had to charge me going for shipping. This irritated me enough that I did not buy the earrings. No other stores currently charge shipping for items that are ordered in store, especially when the items are just not in stock.

The wait is less than 2hours as in 2hrs and the number of associate is mor than the number of customer can come in. But the good thing the lady name PAULETTE #165457 who help us is very nice she help us as much as she can

They did not have the charm available online to ship to my granddaughter so I had to go to store to purchase & they not offer to mail for me.

Selection on display could use some updating. Some pieces in the catalog or seen online weren’t available to look at. Some new variety for the sale section would be fantastic.

I wanted to resize one of the rings and she told me that I couldn’t because I had worn it. Pandora should be able to offer a way to resize your ring even after 30 days.

I'm a marketing professional and own a business so it takes a lot for me to be highly satisfied. Your staff were nice and had great product knowledge however, I was looking for August birth stone which this location did not have. I was satisfied with the items I purchased.
