The staff is knowledgeable. The staff was very nice and explain everything to me. The staff went above and beyond when my credit card was not working.

I find the wait for assistance is long but, appreciate the attendants always take their time with you and don’t rush your looking. I think there needs to be more space for multiple people to view rings as the area allows for only one person to view rings in their size at one time. One time I got double billed for a purchase and couldn’t get an answer when I called the store. I tried for 3 days to contact someone at a number they gave me. The purchase was ring up several times because they were having internet issues. I looked at my back statement and sure enough I had been charged 2xs. I had to get my bank to credit it back. It’s hard to trust that it won’t happen again. But I live the jewelry and keep going back!

I need to repair a limited edition bracelet, and is so sad to know that you don't gave that kind of service, just replace it. But It was a mother's day gift so I just want to fix it. The lady recommended me to visit other jeweler, I'm afraid they can not fix it the same way.

My purchases were for my birthday which was on the following day. However, it seems that I have to wait a year before it is acknowledged. Secondly, though my husband did purchase a gift for me, most of the things I want were not available in the store, I have to buy them online.

I had a very long wait for an associate to help me, because they were both busy with other customers. Then a 3rd employee comes out from the back and proceeds to help someone that had just arrived, rather than me. The other associates should have informed her that I was next to be helped. Once I was finally helped, I felt very rushed because the store was filling up. I went home with less than I had planned to purchase
