Sales associate did not include the promotion discount to my purchase, so now that I got in contact with the manager I was told I have to go back to the store with the merchandise so they can adjust the price.

I normally don't give companies HIGHLY SATISFIED!!! only employee's, because they are the face and the one's who are doing the work.

I was not highly satisfied due to the 1st merchandise purchased defective and no-one could replace the original braided bracelet. I had to get credit added to a new bracelet.

When I entered the store I was the only customers and three employee stood there talking to each other and i had to ask for help. No one greeted me at all and after the sales rep showed me one ring she walked away and I wanted to see another ring so I had to ask for help again.

I was not highly satisfied as the store was extremely bright, I have a light sensitivity, and while I understand the need to make the merchandise appear bright and sparkly, not at the cost of giving me a headache.
