The whole experience was great. Sales associate knew exactly where to go and she was very knowledgeable about what I was looking for. The store is very clean and everyone was very nice.

The sale lady was very helpful in assisting us in our needs. She helped us find the items we needed and wrote everything for us so we can return in a while. I liked that I was given time to look at the items.

The sales associates were extremely friendly and helpful. They had suggestions for me. They offered to clean my jewelry.

The associates here are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, but not cloyingly so! They have been able to help us by phone and then have the product ready for us when we arrive. This store is further away from us than the one at Keystone the Fashion Mall, but every time we go to the Fashion Mall location, we don't get greeted, we get ignored and I finally had it! We'll always shop here at this location, Pandora, Glenbrook Square Mall!
