I had several different items to tend to... necklace chains, clips for bracelets, exchange a charm to fit to bracelet, and start a new bracelet. The employee was very patient and helpful in every aspect.

It was a smooth and effortless transaction even after the Christmas holiday.

Pandora employee's at the Fort Wayne store are always pleasant and patient with my fiance and I as we have a tendency to spend alotbif time in the store, looking for the "right" bead, charm, or other jewelry. This is by far my favorite go to store.

Alexandria, the salesperson, was very friendly, and offered immediately to help. She also gave several ideas of charms that I was interested in. (Birthday gift.). The store is very bright and attractively set up. I have never been disappointed in the merchandise or the staff. Also they always offer to clean my bracelet without me asking.
