The sales associates were fabulous. I walked into this store on a time crunch and unsure of exactly what I wanted and/or was looking for. In a short amount of time, and with great customer service, I was walking out of the store with 4 purchases that I was very satisfied with.

We went in the store the sales people were so HAPPY to see us, and smiles were on all the faces! They were so helpful, we spent a good hour with them and we all laugh a lot. GREAT time........

The Fort Wayne store had the merchandise I went there to purchase. The Salesperson - Sara, was excellent. She not only greeted & waited on me immediately, was extremely knowledgeable of the products, but she went above & beyond by looking for a retired charm I had mentioned. She knew her inventory & knew she had one last windmill! Excellect experience! Thanks again Sara!
