Megan was very helpful with my exchange. I love the Pandora charms and versatility of the bracelets.

On entering I knew I wanted a bracelet and charms for my daughter's 18th. So I knew I was going to spend 200-350 on this. I just felt that if I had known which charms were in sale I may have gotten more charms, may have picked better. I felt I did not see was offered to see all options. I love the bracelet for her though

I was looking for a charm for my bracelet. I wanted a charm resembling music such a tremble clef or a violin since that’s the instrument that I play but, they was nothing like that in the store. I ended up buying something else but either way I was still satisfied with my purchase.

The sale assistance provided enough space between the customers. Each associate showed interest in assisting everyone's customer. I was searching for specific items and was also shown other interesting items.
