I was satisfied with my visit the rep that helped me was very friendly and was very knowledgeable. But the only problem was a young lady that works in the store never spoke or helped anyone.

I was not highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because no one is perfect. There is always room for improvement. Overall the experience was great m.

Well when I went in the store it was three people not doing anything didn’t come to me I waited five minutes until someone came from the back to help me.

By the time I woke up the next morning , my ring turned my finger green. For $80 I was expecting a little better

The time of an associate to get to me was long and you are not able to go in store until associate comes and get you

The ladies were friendly when they realize you are buying merchandise but don't seem enthusiastic when they see you walk in.

I came into the store before my shift at the mall and was greeted by a really nice associate ! Her name was Holly M! She said if I needed anything to let her know as I just let her know no was looking for the time being. I got my rings cleaned by another associate and asked to see bracelets from a darker haired girl . She really didn’t acknowledge me much and didn’t even talk to me and kinda acted like she didn’t want to help, so I asked For Holly ! And holly made my visit really smooth and I thanked her for her kindness and she took care of me

The associate was friendly and helpful at first. It felt as though when I picked an item that was not $150 but rather $55 she seemed less friendly and helpful. She took my item if choice and walked away. After reaching the register she said oh I guess I should have said I can help you over here instead of walking away (or something to that effect)

Because 2 other associates were standing while my sales clerk was helping me & I wanted my rings clean (Pandora) was trying to not two things at 1 time & I felt I shouldn't have to ask them to help her since the store wasn't busy at that time.
