I felt rushed, I knew what I wanted. Was not asked if I’d like or needed anything else. Quaility of charm just ok, and I have several.

When I arrived, the sales rep. asked me if she could help me find anything. I said yes, and asked "Are there any sales going on or discounted items? she replied "No, not right now. I than told her I was looking to purchase a glass round charm I had purchase a few weeks back and it was discounted along with a few other charms. She than said, oh yeah and pulled out a rack with charms and said ......"these are 30% off" - so I felt annoyed that she lied at the beginning when I asked her about sales or discounted items....she was NOT honest!!!

Just took the young ladies a while to address me and come to my service. Once they did they were very knowledgeable and helped me find what I came for.

I don't know if i just have a scary look. But both ladys seemed somewhat hesitant on helping me but in the end she really helped me out. So please quit judging books by there cover we all going thru enough

The sales associate was nice, however she was very short and not overly friendly. She left me about halfway through to get something for an associate. She was nice but seemed annoyed

I went to the store to purchase a specific bracelet and the sales associate recommended I purchase a different bracelet..
