The service at the Glenbrook Mall Pandora Store was very good; the sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. She answered any questions I had and was happy to assist me until I was finished with the purchases I made.

Some of the girls are very judgmental. They judge u by your appearance and it makes you not want to return.

I got taken care of promptly. she knew my taste right and way and what I was looking for. I was in and out of the store quickly.

The one charm I was looking forward to get wasn’t in stock at the store & I couldn’t place an order for it to receive the promotion going on.

We were satisfied with our purchase from this store. The wait time was fast. Our sales person helped us make the right decision on which size was a best fit.

Did not receive my purchase radio Did not receive a receipt for purchase. Asked to be emailed, Did not receive an email.

Just wasn’t wowed. Overall the store was clean and associates were nice. I always get satisfactory services.

It took three times before I could find a necklace I picked out. Not much inventory in stock.

Experience felt rushed. No friendly interaction.
