When going to the store they were out of what I was looking for. With that being said it’s the week of Christmas. I was disappointed to see that there so no sales on Christmas Eve. The store was really packed although what store wasn’t the day before Christmas. Why no sales for Christmas I wonder?!?!

I had my hopes up for an Air Force charm for my friend who lost her daughter while serving in england and she said they had some, and then she later had to say they didn’t. So I had to settle for something else.

I normally shop at the location in Joliet Illinois where I used to live and they know their product, availability and make recommendations. I've been to two different Indiana stores and while I was satisfied because I purchased the items I went in for, when I asked about new items they didn't really know what to show me, and didn't ask. I seems as though the girls were hired because they are pretty, thinking that would be a draw, but they also need to actually be salespeople. I own 7 full bracelets, a locket necklace and have purchased several items for family. These were purchased in joliet or at disney. I might wait to make my purchases until I go back to Illinois when visiting family

No selection at all that represents our ARMED FORCES, every charm that I have has a meaning, and I been patiently waiting for something that represented my husband 20 years of honorable discharge from our military, sadly your store had absolutely nothing that I was looking for, HOWEVER your employees listen and kindly suggested your DOG TAG charm, once they showed me a picture I felt in love with it and we ordered it, still disappointing that i have to wait 1 to 2 months to receive it , but Like I said this charm will be special just as my other 20, if its something i have is patience and I’ll wait for something that you love. Proud military wife.

The sales lady seemed like she had more important things to do. I was looking online at some rings but there were not same sizes available in store. I was not able to know my ring size because she didn’t offer to size me.

The sales employee appeared to be very new. Every question I had, she had to verify with another associate.

I had a gift card that showed it had been used although I had never used it. The sales associate and manager worked to resolve the issue but were not able to during this visit. I was disappointed that I was not able to use the gift that my son gave me for Christmas a couple years ago but was impressed by how hard the 2 ladies worked to try to resolve the issue.
