The be highly satisfied I want to feel something is outstanding. Outstanding means well above the norm. While this was a fine visit, I did not find it outstanding.

The girl at the counter was unclean and unkept dirty hair and nails. She seemed to rush me. Not to mention her clear unwillingness to ask if I needed help.

Sales associate was not very informed on new merchandise. Seemed preoccupied. No thank you just handed me the merchandise.

Greeted immediately. New merchandise was displayed as walked into store. Everything available

I had made a purchase online and could not return it in the store. I had the invoice from online and was told I would have to contact online to return. It was a Christmas present and I had bought a lot online and in the store. When I asked if I could exchange it evenly for face value as I bought it on a buy more save more deal and I was however exchanging it she told me no that she would not even exchange it for the value it was worth. I felt that since I could have bought the same ring at buy more and save that I should have it evenly exchanged. Not have the one I bought discounted and the exchange at full value. She was polite but kind of made me feel like I was being cheap or unfair to even ask. I do a lot of business with this store. This has been my only complaint ever. My mom bought my daughter a ring in store and it was wrong size so we had to even exchange that also and there were no problems. This was also bought during a sale in October where if you spent so much you got a free ring or something along that line. The sales associate didn’t give us a problem even exchanging it and didn’t try to say it was free and that I had to pay for the exchange.

Sales associate brought only one tray and made me feel that was all that there was to choose from.. I had a hard time bc I didn’t like any of those choices and was considering not buying then bc I voiced that to my husband she was like well there may be a few other options on another tray.. Why not tell me that in the first place!

Lots of traffic in the store due to holidays but the associates did a great job evenly helping each customer in a timely manner.
